Alleghany Highlands Public Schools is aware of a cybersecurity incident involving Instructure, the provider of the Canvas learning management system. 

Emberleigh Masters, a third-grader at Mountain View Elementary School, earned honorable mention in the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary’s Illustrating America patriotic art contest, which encourages students to express their patriotism through original artwork reflecting American history, symbols, and values.
